Placing an order

Placing an order on the site is easy! Just add items to your cart using the "Add to Cart" buttons
under each product, then when you're ready, click the "View Cart" button along the left side of
most pages. Our shopping cart is powered by Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account in
order to use it. You will be offered the opportunity to create a Paypal account if you'd like to, or you
can pay with your credit card.

If you have questions about an item, or about an order that you have already placed, please email
us using the
Contact Us form. We will get back to you promptly.
Order Processing

We are a small business, and as such we do not keep a large inventory, especially in our
off-season. Most stock items will be available to ship within 14 days from the time that you place
an order, and will arrive to your door within 2-14 days after that. However, we do have many
custom made/customized items, such as the wedding toasting goblet sets and limited edition
pewter pieces that will take 2-12 weeks to produce prior to shipping. Also, items that are ordered
with engraving will take longer to prepare prior to shipping, as all engraving is done by hand and
that takes time and care! If your order is time-sensitive, please

order to make sure that we can accommodate you.

We ship most items/orders via USPS Priority Mail, with most delivery times in the US being 2-5
business days from the date of shipping. (Please see the
Order Processing section above for
more information regarding how long an order will take to reach you.) Large orders or larger,
heavier items may ship via UPS Ground service at our discretion, we will choose the option that
best suits the order.
When choosing your shipping option, it is recommended that you compare the rates for Priority
and Economy, as they refer to Priority Mail versus Ground Service based on weight and distance.
Priority is generally cheaper for smaller items or orders, but Economy is usually cheaper for
larger items or orders.
We will gladly ship in stock items using an expedited service such as USPS Priority Express at
an additional charge if you need something in a hurry and we have it on hand. If you have

We want you to be happy with your order and enjoy it for many years to come! We do our very best
to describe and photograph all of our products as best we can, and we will gladly answer any
questions that you may have prior to placing your order. We also personally check each item
before it ships, and all products are carefully packaged to avoid damage.
*Please Note - We do
not accept any returns on items that are customized or engraved. Therefore, we will accept
returns only under the following circumstances and with the conditions stated:

  • Incorrect item shipped - we will correct our mistake! Contact Us within 10 days for return
    procedures. If this occurs, we will cover any additional shipping charges.
  • Item received varies greatly from photo - all of our products are painted, finished or
    made by hand, so some variance is normal. If you feel that the item that you received
    varies greatly from the photo, please let us know within 10 days of receipt. We may
    exchange the product for you, or if you would like a refund, there may be a 20% restocking
    fee. We will cover the return postage, but you will be responsible for shipping costs on the
    replacement item.
  • Damage in transit - We insure all of our shipments against damage. If you receive an
    order that is damaged, SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIALS including the outer carton and
    contact us immediately so that we may file a claim and get the replacement process
    started. We will however, only cover damage in transit. Once the items reaches you, we
    are not responsible for any damage that occurs.
  • Buyer's Remorse - at some point in our lives, most of us have experienced it. Either you
    realize that you should have spent the money on something else, you find the one that you
    lost, someone else gives you the same item, or whatever the case may be; you don't want
    the product that you just received. We do understand that this occurs, but we cannot
    absorb the costs on our own for these instances. Please understand that we will accept a
    "buyer's remorse" return only if the item is undamaged, still in it's original packaging
    within 10 days receipt of the item. There will be a 20% restocking fee, and you will be
    responsible for paying the return postage, but you won't be stuck with something that you
    don't want.

All returns must be authorized, and packages must be insured for the full value of the contents in
case of damage on return. If we receive a damaged return and the item is not insured, we will
NOT process the return and you will NOT be compensated.
